My husband got me this beautiful compass watch this week and I love it!
My movie poster has a smaller compass hanging from it too. We bought a few for the kids to show them how to use them also. The shape cards all over plus the compasses are really helping me stay focused and centered.
For the movie poster, I adapted a poster that I had started for my MLM in March. I worked on it with the kids so it looks like a Christmas gift list of sorts, but also has my PPNs: Legacy and True Health–plus the shapes, which I made from colored construction paper and then taped them to the poster with the SMART goals and also to white copy paper for the car, as a bookmark, by my bed etc.
The 7 Day Mental Diet is a whole other matter! Yesterday was a re-do! Our kids are the best thing I will ever do, but at 7, 5, and 4, they present huge challenges to keeping your cool and having no negative thoughts. By the time my husband got home at 7pm, I was not in an agreeable mood!
The Emmett Fox essay however is nearly my favorite reading yet. I read it aloud to my husband again last night too. It\’s so simple, but exceedingly hard. I\’m back at Day 1 (ha!).
Audio recording on deck. Thinking my music will be \”All the Above\” by Maino. It\’s definely the most motivational song for my soul; I first heard it in 2009 just before I had kids which was the last major turning point in my life. Still gets me every time!
So grateful to be here now and have the three kids along for the journey. Teaching them that changing thoughts is how you change your life feels like my most vital mission. I\’m reading Og aloud to them at bedtime too (great to drift off to sleep with!).
I\’m keeping on with my workouts, healthy eating, and generally having love at the forefront of all encounters (again not perfect here, but at least I have the awareness now!).
I sent my MLM team this vibe/tribe image earlier this year. I appreciate Cleas\’ tribe so much and seeing their shining international faces each week makes me feel accountable to myself and to them to KEEP GOING.
Namaste!
Keep at it, imperfect and all. You’re on the journey, that’s what counts!
Sounds like you are really enjoying this process! Keep up the good work!
Love the Vibe/Tribe image. Regarding the 7 Day Mental Diet. I’ve been back at square many times during the day. I tell myself that at least I’m recognizing when I’m entertaining negative thoughts and say to myself-“that is not serving me and leave now or You got to go!” And, I might add saying it with Enthusiasm-LOL Take care.
Your movie post looks fabulous and I love that you are including your family in this journey too. Great seeing you on the tribe calls, it’s great to be connected.

I so admire how you’re including your husband and kids in the journey. How rich your children’s lives will be with this foundation. I also appreciated reading how you’re doing the assignments and seeing your poster. HOW EXCITING!
