It\’s just amazing to me. I feel so fortunate to be in this group and have the structure to document highlights of all that is swirling around!
Yes, I am still working to keep up with the assignments and this week was shorter with a holiday on Monday for the kids, but nonetheless I\’m doing it, and I have to report now on OFFERS!
I mentioned in Week 1 that it was the start of the Master Key and the day that we put our NYC apartment on the market. Well, the showings happened this weekend–25 appointments!! The realtor called on Tuesday night to give us the details. A total of 7 offers came in, all at or above asking price.
It\’s a miracle and outcome of really living in the light of our true selves. Recognizing that what we wanted (space and financial freedom) required sacrificing our apartment was really liberating. Once I saw that cashing in the chips on one would lead to the other, I felt calm in the decision to go forth.
My husband and and I knew listing the apartment was likely to unleash a bidding war since the apartment supply is so low; he estimated 5% more than asking; I said 8% more. We accepted an offer that was 9% more than asking price with more than 80% down in cash.
This is NYC and the market is wild, but I entirely believe that the work we are doing in the Master Mind is accelerating this type of outcome in my life now, in the very short term, and setting the stage for the long term success we seek!
I\’m lucky to be giving an online training next week for my MLM team and I can\’t wait to share, not the specifics of this, but the power of the Hero\’s Journey, stepping from known into unknow, and truly the magnitude of all that is possible exceeding our ability to even dream it.
I love what Mark J. noted in the intro videos too: What you are shouts so loud I cannot hear you. This along with the Golden Buddah metaphor has captured my imagination. In my DMP re-write this week, I\’m including the concept that selling our apartment opens the door to the golden glow of what life has for us to become.
Now that I see into the light, forward is the only way I can go.
