Well what a day! I am starting something big! And I\’m also totally lost. I think this is going to be the best thing I have done for me, my husband and family. I am usually organized, but I\’m still figuring out the binders, lessons, books, blog, DMP!
I had never heard about the Master Keys. A friend shared with me a link of Mark J\’s last year, but I am so happy I was connected at the moment for this Master Key cycle sign up.
This does have an overload factor as I recall from my first week of college, or a new job. But I love the feeling of connection through the community I can sense already.
And what a day this is. We are listing our apartment for sale TODAY! This is part of our dream. We found a place outside the city which has been in our minds for at least a decade. But now is the moment, our window of opportunity. The picture on the front of the blog is from the house and the land. I can\’t believe it\’s happening now but I always knew it was part of our destiny. I didn\’t realize we would be selling our place as I was thinking we could have both a city and country house, but now I see this is the pathway to the financial freedom we desire. We are cashing in our chips for a better future for us all.
As the kids were going to bed the other night, my husband talked to them about the future and what it will be. They all threw in ideas: tree houses, play spaces, barns, everyone with a bedroom (which our middle one didn\’t want–yet!), big garden, pool, SPACE to dream and make our vision happen. The next morning, our oldest woke me up saying, \”Dad told us about the future last night.\” Still sleepy, I said, \”Oh, wow!\” And she continued: \”The future is AWESOME!\”
I\’m so proud of our little pod. Since they were born in 2010, 2012, 2013 and I know they are all here, I really have lost my ego, knowing that if everything fell apart, and we had our health and each other, we have it all.
This move is the sprinkles on an already beautiful cake, but it\’s going to be a great one to look back on and savor. Porters, GO!
